Returns & Exchanges

Nugnes1920 offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or use the 'Guest Return' link to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original packaging and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided pre-paid courier label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
